To anyone who can't understand the ending transmission, I suggest you just try and listen closer. But if you want to ruin the fun then here's what it says: "NORAD-base" *static* "White River" *static* (inaudible) "copy"

Isn't the inaudible part "Do you"? As in, "Do you Copy"? Which means someone is trying to contact Norad-Base and White River.

I know Norad is mentioned in Fallout 1 as a place you can try to contact with no response but I am unfamiliar with White River.

@@xianderthest8014 NORAD was mentioned in Fallout 2 as part of the Poseidonet. NORAD is the North America Aerospace Defence Command, it's located at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex, Colorado. I made up White River.

Omg this was so cool! This form of story telling was really fun, like a “pick your own adventure” game, but it’s not a game it’s the fate of the Enclave and her people. I wholeheartedly enjoyed this, just gotta applaud the great effort you went through, making the scenes and posing the models and all. I look forward to the continuation, that radio transmission sounded promising!

This place was fully finished and had been upgraded over many years Cheyenne could produce its own food. Yammantau was a new installation that wasn't even stocked with food yet.

It isn't, Cheyenne Mountain is NORAD not Vault 0. There's plenty of things from tactics that have brought to canon by other games, but Tactics itself is not canon.

I wonder how this would effect the growth of the NCR surely they would be more than Shady Sands? or were they not yet expanded beyond that settlement? what about the BOS how would this effect their future and even the eventual East Coast BOS how does the Enclave not being in the Capital Wasteland effect things? does Eden Contact the BOS instead?
