I ordered the standard edition blind, based on buying the 1st vol. I like these one off stories as it allowed the reader to puck and choose, as they may only collected a certain artist or character. A nice review and I should have mine by the coming weekend. Nuff said

Why no Marvel Team-Up or Marvel Two-In-One omnibus? I've got an almost complete run of both but would love a hardcover to stay out of my boxes.

I think they'll get there eventually, but I think there are ongoing licensing issues: Red Sonja, Saturday Night Live, etc. They got Doc Savage into Marvel Two-In-One Masterworks Volume 3 in 2018, so I was hoping that they would fast-track Marvel 2-in-1 Omnibus Volume 1 shortly thereafter (containing the first thee MMW volumes) but it didn't happen. There's probably two more 2-in-1 Masterworks to go. I'm not sure how they divide up ten to make omnibus volumes: two fat or two thin ones? I just know that I want them. Probably seven volumes yet to go for Marvel Team-Up to be Masterworked (for a total of 13). Again, it's an odd number of MW to make into Omnibus volumes (which generally use the same contents of 3 sometimes 4 MWs).

Hey Omar, I was impatient and bought the complete collections so this will be a pass for me. The stories did border on the wierd side at times. I used to buy the title in single issue form for a whilev back in the day but lost track of them. Good luck with your house move. I dont envy you and the size of your job ahead. Cheers mate. 👍😎

I started reading comics when I was in High School back in 1994 and what got me hooked was Spawn and image comics. One of my best friends Collected DC and Marvel and he let me read his. But I preferred Image and indies, so even though I've read a few of these I never collected these books until I started buying Omnibus's 5 years ago.

For me the cover solution was not so clever! Since there are three different covers, they could have easily put the defining cover on the dust jacket and then put the other two covers on the hardcovers, so then everybody would have all the covers. Simple no? Why instead put the same cover twice???

There is no more letters page because Marvel Comics doesn't care what your opinion is. There is only their opinion and the wrong one. Marvel Comics is no longer about telling good stories. It's only about lecturing you and "educating" you now.

so the thing is the letter pages were always manipulated too. Look what happened to Jack Kirby when he came back to Marvel. The letter pages being printed drove him away from comics. But anyway, the last comic page I enjoyed reading was the Walking Dead one.
