If you really think about it, Count Dooku and the Separatists were holding back the full might of their industrial and military strength and they still had the Republic on its knees. At the start of the war, the Separatists crushed a good chunk of their navy with the Malevolence, they were stomping them in space superiority with the droid tri-fighters by the second year, the HMP gunship had them on the run on multiple occasions, and the Scorpenek made them grateful only about 100 were made, because just one of those droids was enough to wipe 3 platoons of clone troopers and destroy over 10 AT-TEs. Let's not forget that their most basic battle droids were literally dumbed down but still giving the most experienced clone troopers a difficult time.

Yeah definitely! And a lot due to palpatine telling Dooku to hold back. Its interesting to hear the wars be played out to full capacity

You've forgotten two important things. In this timeline the Jedi don't know Palpatine is a Sith Lord and as he is Anakin's friend, he might be restored to power and reform the galaxy into "the first galactic empire! For a safe and secure society!" There are less Jedi than originally so the galaxy does not need them. So the Empire is born! Palpatine later chooses Anakin and Padme as his successors. He gives Anakin training and turns him to the Dark Side, and the new Sith Empire is born when Anakin suggests the succession is made by heritage and trains his children in the ways of the Dark Side of the Force, as do all their descendants for Eternity!

What if anakin killed obi Wan anakin Stabs obi Wan on mustafar, killing him afterwards he goes to palpatine, who gives him a red lightsaber, but since he has all his limbs he's able to overthrow the emperor with ease he then goes to check on padme this time she survived because anakin is there but she is disgusted at the man anakin has become she joins the rebel alliance while anakin trains luke and leia will padme be able to defeat anakin or will anakin destory the rebels and rule the galaxy?

This was an interesting video, but why didn't palpatine just kill dooku after their disagreement? If not in the moment, then later, personally. He killed Opress and fought Maul in the clone wars and they weren't nearly as much of a threat.

Appreciate the question. I definitely considered this in the video, but in my mind the conversation happens over a hologram. After that, it would be hard to track dooku and single him out, as he wouldn’t know his movements. Dooku would be able to have himself heavily guarded, and palps would jot be able to track his movements as easy.
