I think that Ace would’ve been saved before marineford because the only reason he wasn’t there in the original time line was because luffy was just a few days late. But in this time line the straw-hats weren’t separated for 3 days because of Kuma, so Ace would’ve been rescued immediately from impel down.

Main issues here, Robin would actaully be chased down by admiral Aokiji and many Marines bcz she'd be where they wanted her most to be in their presence...Sengoku would most likely mention her as the devil along side the luffy being Dragon's son message. Brook will defend Robin from Aokiji for a while (FAIL) until Croc shows up. Croc will most likely save Robin from Oakiji (I believe this will happen most likely to remove the fear and reduce the hatred Robin has for him). Kuma will seperate all the straw hats once more to save them from the marines starting with Luffy & Robin bcz Akainu & Kizaru will aim for them first as the next top priority. (Sengoku will order it be done that way while holding down Garp as he's regretful on Garp's loss) - White beard will hold both admirals back for a while, whilst mainly focusing on beating up Akainu for killing ace....Kizaru will chase Luffy but he will be stopped either by Jimbe or Mihawk, since Mihawk would probably agree that the job's over due to ace's execution being completed and will disregard the marines reminding Kizaru that he's still a Pirate who does what he wants (he said he wanted to see luffy's journey along with zoro's growth). That is when Kuma would most likely start sending each straw hats away one by one (as they're focused on escaping) to make it look like he's taken care of the problem. Sengoku would understand what Kuma's doing but won't try stopping it bcz he feels sorry for garp. BOOM SAME THINGS WITH DIFFERENT TWIST, TIME SKIP yeah ps: Instead of luffy crying over losing his team mates this Time it would mainly be Nami, Usopp, Chopper and Sanji who will cry for failing their captain and losing everyone...The rest will just be super pissed & filled with regrets.

I think the issue with this “what if” is that although Luffy would full on go and do anything to save his brother, he would also be concerned about his crew’s safety. I don’t exactly know what could happen but I think Luffy would’ve had more stress about his crew’s wellbeing while also worried for Ace.

Honestly Impel Down Is not possible this way. I mean, Teach had to become a Shichibukai just to enter Impel Down a little more easily. There's the door of justice (or whatever the name is, I don't remember now) to unlock and a lot of ships of the navy are guarding the prison. The Strawhat should find a way to open the door, defeat all the marines, break into Impel Down from the front door defeat all the guards and then proceed through the levels. That's impossible for them at the time. Even now It would be difficult. If they want to introduce themaelves in they should find a different way or a strategy, not brute force. An already absurd way could be Rayleigh telling the Straw Hats that Hancock could help them. So they go together to Amazon Lily to meet her and the Straw Hats disguise themselves as Kuja in order to travel with Hancock and Momonga (even though in the original series Hancock had to go alone both on the ship and in Impel Down). An even better way could be Hancock defeating the Straw Hats on Impel Down and Momonga arresting them, but that is just and act to let them go to Impel Down. Once there, Hancock finds a way to free the Straw Hats and they rampage in the prison.

i'm not sure about impale down. But in my opinion straw hat will be completly wipe if they're together at marine ford. it's impossible to leave at all at that point. i don't see how they would all get away instead of luffy alone like in canon. marine ford is cleary over level for them at that point even from luffy perspective let alone the crew.

They have 3 extra days at first but then they dont because it takes 3 extra days to get to impel down compared to how Luffy went there with Boa. The Sunny wouldnt be able to take the Navy Route so it’d take longer. They dont actually have 3 extra days once they get to Impel down. It’s actually the same timeline once they get there. Does that make sense?
