What if Spider-Man died saving Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man 2? My ideas for the plot stories can be found in the replies section. I'd also want to see how No Way Home changes without Peter #3. For scenario 1, Gwen finds out about Peter's plans for curing Harry and decides to become Spider-Woman. She defeats Harry and his Sinister Six and cures him. Harry would feel guilty when Gwen revealed Peter's plans to cure him, and he would apologize to her, but Gwen was still hurt and says she can't forgive him for killing the man she loved. Harry would be arrested and under Military custody and Oscorp was shut down. Gwen could meet a variant of Peter #3 in No Way Home (or she could get solace and support from Tobey's Spider-Man/Peter #2). They may even cure a variant of Harry Osborn, with Gwen and a variant of Peter #3 gaining some closure knowing that there might be a universe where they can be together.

For scenario 2, Miles Morales (Spider-Man) and Ben Reilly (Scarlet Spider) would expose and defeat Harry Osborn (Green Goblin) and the Rhino, and they would be arrested. Otto Octavius would take over Oscorp and rebrand it to Octavius Industries, and both Miles and Ben would get the symbiotes (Venom and Carnage) and battle Doctor Octopus's Sinister Six (the others are Mysterio, Vulture, Kraven, Spider-Slayer, and Chameleon). Miles and Ben would realize how dangerous the symbiotes' influence over them were and they removed it, but they would then bond with Eddie Brock and Cletus Kasady respectively, becoming Venom and Carnage.

For scenario 3, I merged the TASM films and the MCU would merge with Iron Man 4. Harry Osborn creates the Goblin Legion rather than the Sinister Six and becomes an Iron Man villain. However, Tony Stark, with the Goblin Buster armor, exposes him to the world, and defeats Harry (who dies just like other Iron Man villains). Tony Stark would acquire Oscorp and lay off Otto Octavius, Adrian Toomes, Alistair Smythe, Quentin Beck, and Felicia Hardy (setting up their villain arcs), and he would bail out Curt Connors in order to help him and Bruce Banner clone Peter under Project Reilly. When Gwen returns to New York after graduating from Oxford in the United Kingdom, she finds out that everything has changed. Harry was no more. Oscorp was acquired by Stark Industries, and there is a new Spider-Man (Peter Parker's clone under the alias Ben Reilly). She then wants to investigate to see if all of them were connected somehow (which they are).
