Yeah, we have seen how _relevant_ South America was once again... How about a mod that allows SA countries to oppose USA, continue "Battleship Race" and somehow drags them into a wider conflict(ie civilian liner is sunk by german/american/soviet sub by accident)? Plus we never see 3 way war between Commintern, Axis and Allies that almost happened. Why can't Allies send help to Finland even if Sweden won't oppose this time or agree to peace out with Germany before it attacks USSR? Why isn't there a second partician deal event between USSR and Germany that procs more often?
