You wouldn't notice it. If time were to be reversed along with all physical processes, your memories would start getting erased when you're supposed to gain them normally. In each moment, you would only remember that which you would if time were to go forwards, and so it would be literally impossible to notice it going backwards. Really makes you think, doesn't it? No one ever proved that time moves. It's only personal experience.

I have no idea why people have hard time grasping why time seems to only move in one direction. Answer is simple!!! Our sentience and consciousness is the result of a bunch of neurons in our brain firing in a specific pattern and in a specific order. The consciousness/sentience would not emerge if they fired in a reverse direction. This is why to us, time seems to flow in only one direction, its because our consciousness/awareness is tied to cause/effect in our brain

The thing you said about a parallel universe that runs backwards, I have a few questions. Firstly, I will assume that time runs forward and backward infinitely, meaning there is an infinite amount of time before or after any event. Also, I'll be assuming universe and cosmos as different terms. The cosmos means all the heavenly bodies in the universe, and will refer to the universe as an object, rather than as a living being, which has a birth and death. For eg, the universe is a cup and the cosmos is the water In it. Even if the water dries out, the nothing shall happen to the cup. Okay so if there is a universe that runs backwards, it will have to start after the death of the cosmos. Meaining after the death of every star, and the end of matter. And since there is an infinite amount of time after the death of the cosmos, it would forever stay in an unchanging state without any heat, light, or rays. How does the theory explain this?

So the main question is why does entropy always increase regardless of time moving forward or backwards. If you're interested in this kind of thing you should watch some Leonard Suskind lectures, read the wiki on the single electron universe/holographic principle and watch a KZbin video called understanding the fourth dimension which is part of a series of videos. My pedestrian working theory on greater reality is that lower and higher dimensions are stacked upward and they really do constitute other dimensions while also there being other versions of the same reality "laterally" in our case it's called the multiverse. Note: I didn't like the leading dramatic music and unnecessary fluff talking about pop culture. I ended up skipping some parts and even changing the playback speed to 1.25
