Here's an idea: What if TDA came first? Basically TDI didn't exist and TDA aired first with the canon cast of 14. You can have the full cast, but I think it'd be more interesting to be just the original cast and their dynamics, without knowing each other. You can still have Courtney debuting as a new character, same for the additions of WT (Noah, Tyler, Cody), beside Sierra and Alejandro.

It's great to see Katie and Sadie getting farther in the game together! when I was watching I thought that since there are no teams they would get father then they would before with teams. Excited to see what happens to them in the future! ^_^

The Ridonculous Race comes as a close canon counterpart, but it still has teams (as opposed to individuals) and elimination is automatic.

I dislike the characterization of Justin in the Dodgebrawl challenge. He canonically participates, and seems to do average. Basing it on his Action character shift makes it more of a "My Way" than a "What If", if you ask me. With that said, I mostly agree with the rest. Pretty neat idea, and good execution.
