What If Tsunade Never Left The Hidden Leaf Village?

When Tsunade left the hidden leaf village, Konoha was given quite the blow, losing not only its best medical ninja but also one of the most powerful shinobi in the village at that time, one of the famed legendary sannin. As we all know, grief was one of the factors that led to Tsunade leaving the hidden leaf village and over the years her hemophobia would continue to be a problem that wouldn't be addressed until she got over her fear of blood to save Naruto during the search for Tsunade arc. However, what if this never happened? What if Tsunade wasn't allowed to leave the hidden leaf village? What If Tsunade never left Konoha? How would Tsunade's presence affect the events that happened after her departure, like for instance the birth of Naruto on the night of the nine tails attack? Would she still have a fear of blood or would Tsunade be able to get over her hemophobia with the support of the people inside the village? Would Tsunade still become hokage? Well, in today's edition of Naruto what if, we're going to look at just that scenario and there's A LOT that changes in this timeline, but the question is, will it be for better or will it be for worse?

I really respect Tsunade as Hokage. The job is not only about the strength. But mainly about politics. And she was always very analytical, empathetic and smart about it. She was the one who tried to establish good relations between the villages. And she was also very proactive and able to defend her views.

She is arguably one of the best hokage period. After Orochimaru’s invasion, she was able to help the Hidden Leaf through very dark times. Even though she was Hokage for 4 years, she did a damn great job. She was not only dealing with Orochimaru and Akatsuki, she had to constantly deal with Danzos and the elders BS. She had more of a backbone than the Third Hokage. She didn’t let those 3 idiots push her around.

Tsunade has major butterfly effect. Don't forget, that if Tsunade stayed, she would've implemented the medical program as well, so all the developments we began to see later on with Sakura would likely occur earlier. Due to the cold war, Konoha's medic system would vastly surpass other villages (no shared knowledge and earlier access to the research on Hashirama's cells) and could lead to even greater mission success. Keeping the Uchiha likely could've helped prevent the whole Hyuuga incident so Neji's father would be alive. No Danzo means a full Uchiha clan with at least 3 powerful Mangekyos., I also feel like she would stomp out any of the fangirling which would give us more competent kunoichi. Overall, her staying might make the village the top village by a wide margin

Man there were a lot of changes here. With Naruto keeping both his parents, living properly in a loving home, and stronger training with Minato, Kushina, and Jiraiya. No Uchiha Massacre, and looking up for them. It wouldn't look good for Orochimaru and Danzo with Tsunade as Hokage. The Akatsuki isn't formed, and the Rain Village isn't left behind (Looking at you cannon Adult Naruto, and I still like to know why.). Only downside is the 4 Major Villages didn't united together. Anyways overall another good what if, and looking forward to your next video soon. What if suggestion: What if the Uzumaki Village Survived?

Tsunade would most likely reject the Hokage title, although she could have conquered most of her demons thanks to the support of the village, the trauma of losing her loved ones run very deep in her soul. She most likely pull her weight so Minato could be Hokage, basically guaranteeing his ascension. Tsunade would definitely be on Naruto's childbirth, and Obito would know that but he will still attack because the timeframe that the seal is weakened is relatively short. On the fly he will need to find a way to restrain or slow Tsunade, probably he might send Zetsu for that.

She would reject at first but agree later on... at that timeline, hiruzen had gotten older and need replacement and even for longer times the position would still belong to tsunade since with minato the elders n especial DAIMYO since that position should be someone who has politically n heritage powerful. And even if obito had white Zetsu they’d still have hard times defeating tsunade since unlike in the original series where she retired from anything as shinobi and medical ninja, this she is actively as one and that being said there would be more dangerous medical ninjutsu aside from byakugou that she would create n byakugou would be more powerful for the actively vast amount of chakra reserved n by that, not only she could able to fight zetsu but also summon katsuyu to watch over kushina n aid help if she had wounds. The things is the vitality of life between minato n kushina is high n naruto would experienced living withut parents

The Yin Seal Idea was presumably passed down to her by her Grandmother Mito Uzumaki since it's a sealing Justus. ( Mito was herself having similar mark on her forehead). Tsunade probably advanced the technique to store large volumes of chakra and use it for regeneration and amping her prowess.

Honestly, I think the 5th Hokage in this timeline would probably be Minato; because he'd be about the right age maturity wise, and as to not overly anger the Uchiha; I feel Tsunade would offer Danzo's vacant spot as a village elder to Fugaku and promised that he gets to pick the next Hokage when Minato steps down and that they'll even help groom/train Shisui, Itachi, or Sasuke for the position. Which would probably set up the village for internal peace for the foreseeable future, because that should make the Uchiha clan more than happy to be given a spot on the board of elders AND choice of the 6th Hokage. Given the Uzumaki/Senju clan is literally boiled down to any possible Nagato/Konan children and descendents of Minato/Kushina: I doubt any reincarnates of Asura/Indra would be very susceptible to Zetsu! Especially if during genjutsu interrogation Obito said much about Zetsu or the Asura/Indra chain. The bigger question would be what are the risks of another world war? Well the sand won't be manipulated by Orochimaru. The mist won't have Yagura under Obito's control. Assuming the Hyuuga/Cloud village thing doesn't get mucked up, especially since A(4th) liked Minato things should be fine. That really only leaves Onoki and the stone to be reasonably likely to create war, and given his fear of Minato "the yellow flash" I doubt they'd start anything either.

This was a good video, but they're a few inconsistencies. If Minato never became Hokage, then Kakashi wouldn't have been in the Anbu. Thus, Obito never finding out about Kushina's pregnancy.
