In this Dragon Ball world, Turles was good and many other young Saiyans find their way outside of the influence of King Vegeta and the early days of Frieza and Dragon Ball Z or even Dragon Ball Super - if Turles was canon and found his place within the world of the Heeters and Frieza whilst other Saiyans were lost after the erasure of Planet Vegeta and get him reunited with his Tree of Might! What If Turles Was Canon?
Videl finds herself torn between gratitude and skepticism after being saved, setting the stage for a clash of personalities with our hero. Watch as Gohan steps in to mediate, guiding the group through a journey of redemption and self-discovery whilst disguised as the Great Saiyaman. I know that in the Cell Arc the characters were retconned to be recluses who don't want people to know the truth, from mere years prior when they had no problem shooting energy blasts in the tournament, but if they were at least willing to be truthful to their actions, they wouldn't need Hercule for the save at the end of the Buu Arc.

The last bits of dialog between Turles and Reggins seems like we're setting up Reggins to achieve Super Saiyan 4 in the FAR far future. He can already achieve Super Saiyan but he wants to learn the Oozaru too? Sounds like a Super Saiyan 4 in the making to me.
