As for the Patamon armor, I'd like to point out the Greek myth of Laelaps the dog that always caught what it hunted... although the creature it's supposed to be chasing is the uncatchable Teumessian "fox" there is also a constellation for the Lapin (rabbit), so it's a similar parring just like Pegasusmon and Nefartimon are similar, but like one stone's throw away from each other.

For the digi-egg of destiny as there were only 3 last I looked one being rapidmon the destined ultimate level digimom for terriermon then for the others giving there destined ultimate level the golden armor fits. And as only 2 of the 02 have ultimate level digimom we can give the rest a ultimate that they never truly got

I was actually surprised by how there wasn't much new digimon here, just recolours to have better consistency. This just shows that maybe the original artists should done a once over, having that as a key part of the design philosophy, 1 : make them look like they're wearing armour, 2 : keep the rookie form underneath, 3 : colours and shapes consistent with the egg. It's shouldn't have been that hard to come up with 6 designs that use these, thank you Karn for making this series. I especially like Armadillomon yoinking Wormon's design, it does make sense.

I thoroughly enjoyed that most of these add in more Garurumon inspiration. The only one I didn't think was a marked improvement was Rinkmon. But, I'm also extremely biased on that front since the original Rinkmon is very visualy similar (to the point I would swear it was based on) one of my favorite anime characters of all time: Jet Link of Cyborg 009. Incidentally, that could be a point in the original Rinkmon's favor if true, since that particular character is the token flying member of his team just like Hawkmon is.

I think the order is probably Courage, Friendship, Love, Sincerity, Knowledge, & then Reliability before Hope, Light, Kindness, & the Golden Armors. I agree Sincerity & Kindness are the 2 that need redesigns most. Also I think old Rabbitmon could fit Kindness.

Grighundmon being the only other canine has another level of symbolism given that TK is Matt's little brother. Making Grighudmon symbolically the younger brother to Garurumon.

I can sense some of Stingmon's speed being transfered to Lampyrmon as well, I mean all the games have him being pretty damned fast! Took me a while to get Wormon up to scratch for Stingmon the other day on Cyber Sleuth! Got him, though! Now for Paildramon... I also agree on Grighundmon's name as well, far more interesting than "Greyhoundmon", plus... card game... I think there's enough confusion with the Greymons as is! We'll wind up with another "Frog the Jam" all over again! But with Digimon! You'd think they'd've learned by now, wouldn't you...? And it was Knowledge and Love next, wasn't it? I'd say whichever floats your boat! Or you could go with the order they all evolved in the sequence shown in the show, in which I think Love would be next... 's been a while, give me a break...

Love Grighundmon very VERY much! What a genius idea! Although in the last fixed courage armor video I said I prefer Rinkmon as Patamon's friendship armor digivolution and Thunderbirdmon as Hawkmon's, I still love how you and Fuzzzy-san 'fixed' almost everyone! Love Lampyrmon too, although digimon who digivolve with digi-egg of friendship usually become mammals, to be exact, described (in wikia) 'to be have the attribute of Thunder, and those who use it move with speed. It is engraved with the Crest of Friendship. Most of the digivolutions which occur through this egg have something to do with ice, lightning, or mammals, and they may also have the Crest of Friendship somewhere on their body.', but again, Lampyrmon is great too!!! Can't wait to see the others digi-egg getting fixed!

These are all excellent, Fuzzzycomics absolutely nailed the Digimon official reference art style with thes! I also think these all do a great job of both resembling the Digiegg, and balancing both the blade/spike (which I always thought was the more consistent) and electrical themes while also layering in a new cybernetic theme which also fits with Metalgarurumon, as you say! Also, regarding Eastern Moon rabbits, those were a thing in Mesoamerican mythology as well! Rabbits are tied to the Maya moon goddess, and in Aztec mythology, the most common creation myth has the world, people, and the sun being cylically created and destroyed, with a god becoming the sun in each age. In the current 5th age, the moon exists because of the two gods which leapt into the sacred bonfire to sacrifice themselves to become a sun, one of them hesitated, so the other gods threw a rabbit at it, which dimmed it into the moon. I know I bring up Mesoamerica in like every other comment I make, but I really do think it's a huge source of untapped potential for designs (Lately a friend of mine has been doing some awesome digimon fan design comissions with Mesoamerican themes too). As it applies to these armor videos, I actually think a great new concept for a DigiEgg of Reliability evolution for Gatomon (instead of Tylomon, which is out of left field and isn't very feline) would be something based on Olmec were-jaguar masks: It'd keep the feline theme, and those masks and sculptures would fit an armor look, too, and those were jaguar sculptures develo[ped into later Mesoamerican rain and water gods like Tlaloc, Chaac, Cocijo etc (there's a whole bunch of diagrams fro research papers showing how the god's iconography evolved over time and branched off into them) As always, if you ever do wanna do Mesoamerican digimon concepts, i'd be down to help as I do with history and archeology channels.

There's a detail about Rinkmon I think gets a little lost: I the shape of his head, with the long helmet and the swept-back spikes, and his long scarf is meant to evoke Jet Link, aka Cyborg 002 from Cyborg 009. That his name is "Rinkmon", which is obviously supposed to be as in "ice rink", helps, because in Japanese "rink" would be pronounced similarly to "link". How intentional the reference to Cyborg 002 is supposed to be is something I can't back, but considering how many Digimon are based off of classic Japanese superheroes like Justimon being based off of Kamen Rider or Devimon's sprite being so heavily based off of Go Nagai's Devilman, there's probably some intent there.

In the Courage video, I found Flamedramon was still my favorite for its bold blue and red contrast, its limber and practical body shape, and being able to do most with minimal armored parts. Here though, Wormmon's new form takes the gold! Wormmon deserved an alternate evolution that amplifies its original forms, to contrast with Stingmon exploring the Bug-theme in a different manner.

You and I seem to have the same taste in which armours need minor tweaking, and which need complete overhauls (and which ones are pretty much perfect), so I'm interested to see when you get to knowledge if it's gonna be a really short video, because I honestly think its armour digimon generally are the most fitting

These actually look like proper armor evolutions of each of the 02 Digimon. Some are already pretty good but made better with a bit of redesign to work in a similar vein to Veemon's armor of Friendship's design. Some aren't even what you would call armor evolutions and even they were changed to work with the concept so that is a huge treat. While it would have been a hassle but it would be cool if the 02 team swapped their respective Digi-eggs more. I wonder how the Miracle Egg will go though since that would be more fanmade evolutions than anything else but it would be neat to see a scenario where the 02 team kept the Egg of Miracles and they all had a turn to try it.

I've always wanted to imagine digemon kinda like the monster version of super sentai. The giant robots could combine together in many different combinations and some of the heroes had upgraded armor suits. With digimon I like imagining, what if we got a series where the hero digimon could do everyhting that past generations could plus one extra. So if we took the same digimon from 02. What if Veemon could use every digi egg and could digivolve, matrix digivolve, mega digivolve, warp digivolve, DNA digivolve, biomerge etc... It looks like you've actually done art for almost all of those transformations. I'll have to gather it together somehow so I can see what this digivolution tree would look like.

So, I love your video and was thinking how these could be made cannon, maybe each of these forms would be "good" lines when the digimon and tamer sync up with the crest of their digimentals. It would let you keep the old lines as "bad" outcomes when they aren't in sync with each crest. It would let you also come up with some evil or bad variants of good armor evolutions.
