Here we go again. English grammar. "WHAT VOYAGER SAW." takes a period, not a question mark, it's a DECLARATORY sentence. "WHAT DID VOYAGER SEE?" takes a question mark because that's how you form a question. We can go to space, we can't write a short English sentence.
