prehistoric archaeology student here, the "healthiest" would actually be the hunter and gatherer lifestyle. There is a lot of research and proofed that when people started settling down and domesticating plants and animals, diseases surged and people had both worse health and grew less tall. Thats mostly because the diets changed so much from a very protein rich diet to one with way less protein and because staying at one place with animals you had both your own and their feces closeby too which caused way more illnesses.

This was one of my coping mechanism. I've always thought... My ancestors didn't used to feel sad or depressed or feel despair that they've ended their lives. I tend to think the same way they do, and if I were them. Yes, I wouldn't have to problem my emotional bull-+%% and just focus on hunting on my daily life and I won't even know its boring because I'd just have the instinct to survive!

I once stayed at a resort in India called "Boulders Camp" (Bobby's Camp" to the locals) which had 13 cabins built out of rock (like The Flintstones). It was crazy sleeping inside of a cabin carved out of a boulder. Surrounded by Monkees and wildlife during the day and night. It had electricity (barely) anbd lights so It doesn't quite compare to Stone Age living.
