I have an 86 Bronco xlt (Bull Nose). 4” lift, 4.88 Gears, Stroked 347 with Trick Flow Top end Kit. Len Tech transmission, lockers front and rear. These trucks are so versatile. And an absolute pleasure to own. Had mine 4 years now. With no plans on ever letting it go.
@kodykernan69172 ай бұрын
Have you had any issues with the 347? I've heard they won't last as long as the 302 or 331
@johnnymula2305Ай бұрын
@@kodykernan6917 not at all. Its all in the way you set them up. If its NA and not beat on every time its driven. It’ll last 200k with no issues. Like anything. Treat it right. And it’ll last.

I LOVE learning vehicle histories. Plus, it is fantastic, that you give so much time to the vehicle's interior, engine and drivetrain, specifics, and the colors (paint and interior). Thank you, for your time, super easy to understand and fun, presenting. You, and the LMR team's, hard work on gathering alllllll these facts, and for the smooth editing and great filming! Hope you all are having a great week!

have a 1996 xlt bronco with 125k miles. looking to do a partial restore as it was a west coast rig and has minimal rust spots on the rear fenders. how much do you figure it would cost to have a reliable shop get it modernized? for example.. update electrical, headlights, suspension, exhaust, brakes, tune up, and a few other necessary items given its age.
@latemodelrestorationАй бұрын
Thanks for the comment. Honestly, there isn't a cost that can be associated with something like that. All shop rates are different and you also have to consider the unknowns that the shop will find that will further add to the cost. I would start by generating a basic plan on what you want done. Then, research vehicle restoration shops in your area. Drive by the location and talk to someone and read through the reviews/testimonials. Sorry for not having a clear cut answer, but there really isn't one. -Landan

Whoever comes up with the term OBS with vehicles from the 90’s, a 20 year old? One would think, anything with a plastic dash is not old.

Fully restored fully loaded 1990's Broncos are worth up to $30,000. Very low mileage mint condition examples sell for more.
