A link to that study would have been desirable. The results would haven predictable anyway, had they not performed 1RMs, since squatting everyday violates the SRA curve. A more meaningful study would have allowed for sufficient recovery between 1RM sessions, say once or twice a week frequency. That way we'd have a better inclination that resulting decreased performance was actually due to the constant 1RM protocol, and not excessive frequency.

1rpm is an excellent way to determine how to design a strength building program by knowing what percentage of the rpm u can use for hypertrophy 😊
