Pre loved is wonderful and works for my 23 year old daughter who is a size 6. For larger sizes or particular body shapes the problem with Vinted or Depop is that you can’t return it if it doesn’t fit. For that reason I use charity shops and find some fantastic clothes. Fortunately for me I’m in the clothing industry, know a great seamstress & almost everything I buy gets tweaked to flatter! Yet price wise I’m not spending a fortune. It would be great to have a rough idea of what you consider a capsule wardrobe quantity wise. For example I have a wardrobe and a rail and everything fits in/on there.

Thank you for your comment I appreciate the feedback. Yes I know what you mean regarding Vinted etc it is predominantly a young audience. That said have you tried EBay alongside the charity shops as that is often an older demographic? So in regards to numbers it is different for everyone. No one size fits all - no pun intended! If you need help either that book in for a chat and I can explain it in more detail. calendly.com/capsuleclosetstylist/free-consultation

Very helpful. I am trying to narrow down my wardrobe to get more wear out of every piece and not bring things in that don't integrate with everything else. It takes a lot of time and thought to be that intentional, and I think it will take me a few more years to fully get there. I appreciate your content very much, thank you.

It does take a lot longer than most people realise. The first bit will be frustrating because you’ll likely find there will be a time when you want it to come together quicker but stick with it. I promise you it works. It sounds like you’ve made a great start. Thank you for your comment I’m glad you found it helpful.
