I mezzzed up🤦🏽‍♀️ opened 2 store accounts as advice to grow my credit score but because I missed payment during this lockdown period it went down. Imagine now I have a bad credit score cause of a few rands and it last for up to 3 years.😭

I've been the desperate borrower (made some bad decisions). This month I pay off my 2nd last loan (im going to leave the other one to build my "new" record by paying on time etc. Its honestly a small amount that I cant pay off in two months but i'd rather use it as my "builder" instead of applying for new credit). My biggest worry though is, will I ever be trusted again (I want to buy a car and house) this has really been stressing me out. I wonder if anyone has gone through such.

Is a gym membership a form of credit? I thought it didn’t affect your credit score since you’re not lending any money, you’re basically doing pay as you go. I might be wrong. Please correct if possible. Thanks.

I don’t think a subscription counts. So Netflix, gym, automated investments all don’t count because you don’t owe anyone and if you stop paying there aren’t any consequences.
