2015 Audi Q7 cylinder 3 misfire with cylinder deactivated. Will Clearing the codes reset the ecu to reactivate the cylinder? I have replaced the spark plugs, coils and the cylinder 3 fuel injector and still getting the same misfire code. What else could it be? I dont have a compression tester to test compression.

That would be my next step compression test can be a sticking bent or burnt valve

You think an EGR valve could be causing it? My 03 civic shakes/power pulses under load. All 4 cyl misfiring plus I have a P1491 code. I only get flashing CEL maybe once a week, at city speeds.

Try a compression test on the cylinder

I have a 303, 300, 305misfire…compression test says 3rd cylinder PSI 25…was told I need a new engine…are there any other options?

2011 Acura mdx…tune up completed, spark plugs and coil, same issue which apparently why the compression test was done.

The engine will have to be rebuilt or replaced. If you can do the work yourself you can save a lot of money but other than that, no.

Pull the spark plug wire if it doesn't change then that's the one no change in coil needed sheesh tell the folks the dam easy way. Never understood why people beat around the bush on here...

Most vehicles don't have spark plug wires, also can be anything, fuel, ignition compression, vacuum leak etc. It's not beating around the bush, it's called diagnosing and not to throw parts at a problem.
