A damage hair will not absorb the conditioner, it needs to be treated and sealed first, plus in the split ends the structure of the hair is non existent and will start to damage higher and higher on the strain. There are other technics to remove the split ends from the whole hair, but it is crucial to have it remove for it to grow healthy.

I feel like, if you have to cut it after the fire procedure, the fire didn't really do much. Also, as someone has already said, it was probably super soft because they had to keep spraying it with the leave-in conditioner. Kudos to Jill and Lil for trying this, but I'm gonna personally pass on a fire haircut. Seems like a lot of money for something that they have to go back and fix with scissors anyway.

@@bethfitzmaurice1086 I can tell by the bullshit they're telling the client. They're making shit up. Your hair doesn't need a chakra cleansing. That running the fire over the hair does nothing except create extreme heat. I have a professional blow dryer, and if I use the hottest setting every day, my hair FRIES. So what they're doing is putting extreme heat on the hair, which causes damage. I don't care how much conditioner you put on it. That thing where they twisted the hair and burned off the split ends.... Extreme heat causes damage, so they'll just split again. Same with the 300 degree scissors. They put like 5x the conditioner in her hair, which made it soft. But in a week, when the hair ends split, she will say, "they were right, I need another treatment." And it's $200 a treatment. Absolute crap.

Thanos WILL SNAP Lamo Yeah so did I and literally the first thing they teach you before you use heat tools or cut hair is that too much heat destroys the internal structure of the hair cause sever untreatable dryness, terribly brittle hair, and horrible breakage and split ends. Sooooo explain that?
@brynbin2305 жыл бұрын
Thanos WILL SNAP Lamo Applying this much heat to the hair makes the hair look more full because it damages the hair. Damaging the hair adds volume because it causes the inner most layer of the hair to expand and then it never can contract back to what it was originally, leaving it vulnerable to heat damage, breakage, and split ends. Its why when people over bleach there hair, which chemically destroys the inner layer of the hair, there hair looks like a rats nest if they don’t do anything with it. It adds volume but destroys the hairs structure in the process.
