When using a cover, make sure you have a towel covering the floor. Because water drips down from the cover.

A small fan aimed correctly can lower drying time significantly.

I have the same one it takes about 6 hours to dry clothes on this as to a tumble dryer condenser it takes 30 minutes.

Just bought this exact same one from Lidl’s and to be honest it only seems to dry in one tiny area for example the towel literally has one dry strip. The rest either side is completely wet same for flannels so unless I’m missing something I don’t actually find this very useful. Like I say, though it could be just use an error and I’m doing something wrong

Thank you, I could do with this for wools and silks, I’d leave it on if I was out, I think manufacturers have to state don’t leave it unattended to avoid being sued in the event something did happen.

Ive just checked ours and it seems ok not too stiff. Perhaps you have a fault with yours if its too difficult to open?

@lords-electrical Thanks for the reply. Maybe different brands have different quality, mine is Pifco. Doesn't slide easily. Or maybe it is faulty, as you said. I bought it recently.
