Thanks for putting up this video. For clarification, does the expiry of the lock-up add shares to the number of outstanding shares or to the float? I thought the lock-up expiry just frees up insider shares, which had already been issued and count as part of the outstanding shares; therefore, the number of outstanding shares won't increase, but the float will.

Yes, more shares are released to reduce volatility of any person trading large amounts

@@ScattMatt3000 But if a declining stock gets locked after its period. Would that not exert more volatility after the expiration?
