My two sump pits are the basement water drain. Can you suggest a method to have a sealed sump pit cover and a drain in the cover for basement water draining when necessary.

My radon levels are not above four but I'm considering installing a passive system just to reduce the levels more. I will need to have the pipe higher above the roof than shown at 5:25 because we get a lot of snow where I live. What kind of cap is on the top of that pipe up on the roof?
