What is a Permeate Pump, and How Can it Help my RO System?

If anyone is having trouble understanding, but knows how a cars turbo works, which is when exhaust gas goes out the exhaust pipes through the turbo it spins blades which in turn force additional air into the intake. The way I understand it from this description, it works the same way.

I have a tankless RO system with a booster pump that is only about 20psi after the filter. can I put a permeate pump to boost pressure? or could I use another booster pump in the permeate to boost pressure?

We have an ispring ro system that comes with a booster pump, but we had to install it in our garage so there is a long run of line to the point of use in the house. Unfortunately the pressure at the faucet is still pretty low...will adding a permeate pump improve our pressure at the faucet and is it okay to run 2 pumps?

Hello Sir. Had a quick question about a failed filter housing. Blew out towards the top of filter housing. Scratching my head why. Too much pressure or too hot in garage? Do you have a website I can send an inquiry?

Probably bad O-Ring or the housing wasn't tight enough. Could be a crack in the housing or manifold if it was tightened too much
