What is a PSS Shaft Seal?

i have used the Tides Marine shaft seal for 22 years in my boat for 22 years and have never had a problem. dry bilge, spare seal, great system.

Mine have been in my 50' boat for 23 years and I'm replacing now. Never an issue or worry. 6 year recommended bellows replacment, mine have never been touched.
