What is a RACI matrix and how do you use one for your team projects? [+Template]

When should the RACI be delivered? Should it be a standalone spreasheet? Or included in a statement of work? or any other document? Just trying to understand where to put it to give it to the client

It should be delivered at the kickoff of a project so people know who owns right right from the beginning. It probably makes sense to include it with an SOW or a project brief versus standalone for organizational purposes.
