TheSaltyNomad Probly a sender. Obd2 is normally more involved & more expensive. This is designed for the 80's really.

Many, I haven't done TSD in ages, but if they still run equipped vs unequipped class? This would probably put you in the equipped class. Something to ask your local association.

user.42917 This unit seems to be explained as a basic type. Likely a wheel sensor (or sensors) or possibly a VSS sender depending on model year. GPS would likely have a few more bells & whistles.
