I love steak, bone in! I just found your channel and I’am so excited to learn God’s way for nutrition. You are a delight to listen to! I have been on a 3 year journey now trying to lose this weight. I do mostly keto. I have lost 30 lbs. I have 20 to go. I lost 20 the first year and 10 just in the last 4 months. It comes off very slow. I did not gain any weight during the pandemic. Just maintained of which I am grateful for. I get 10,000 steps a day plus on most days and now I want to incorporate weight training. There is so much to learn. I’am thankful to the Lord for a diagnosis of adrenal exhaustion and fatty liver. It was a wake-up call. My husband has PD and I also was care-taker to his father for 2 1/2 years. I’am feeling great and renewed. I fail at times with my eating, but wrong eating taste good going down but makes you feel awful! Eating well will heal your body, but it is being consistent that builds mental strength and above all prayer and seeking the Lord. Thank you for your channel! I will tell all my friends and I so look forward to learning all you teaching! Have a wonderful blessed day💜🙏✝️

I'd rather have a good hamburger or even a meatloaf over a steak and it has nothing to do with swallowing issues. In other words I just don't agree with the steak loving person bad with money. Not that it has anything to do with money. But for the same money I could have several meals rather than just one.

Steak any day. But, I do, on occasion buy a whole piece of meat, from my butcher. Meaning, that huge chunk of beef that stares at you with that (sometimes) hefty price tag. I look at it this way. For one big chunk of -X it's going to cost me $0.00 a pound. No matter how I slice it, dice it, chunk it, or grind it. That price tag stays the same. When it comes to hamburger, well I have a lot more control over that as well. I can say- no fat, if I choose. When I do grind my own hamburger, I usually bag the chunk of beef whole, and grind it just before I am ready to use it. It's kind of 6 one way, half the other. If you are going to grind it yourself. Now or later, you still have to do it. ☺ Personally, I think the meat tastes fresher, doing it this way.

Leviticus 7:25-27 Seems to tell us we shouldn't eat the blood (or fat) of any animal so a rare or medim steak would go against that command wouldn't it? I used to like my steak blue but won't eat it like that anymore since reading these verses....it's also interesting that it seems to be the bloody red meats that are linked to cancer.... 'For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people. Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings. Whatsoever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off from his people'.

It's not safe for any of the animals. Have you ever looked into the eyes of animals who are on their way to be slaughtered? I have .. it's not a pretty sight. The bible says "God is love" .. 1 John 4:16 God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. Genesis 2-29: “And God said, behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, which is the fruit of the tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”

@Peace To All - Romans 14:1-4: Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on his opinions. For one person has faith to eat all things, while another, who is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not belittle the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted him. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

Now, here are what we (as Gentiles) should avoid -- Acts 15:20 - But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
@peacetoall12013 жыл бұрын
@@hiddengem4293 .. I'm not judging or belittling anyone .. just saying that the animals don't want to be slaughtered .. and it's more loving and unselfish not to slaughter them. It's a person's choice .. I choose to care about the animals. And .. I don't eat just vegetables .. I eat fruit, greens, onions, potatoes, grains, pasta, beans, lentils, home-made breads, muffins, cookies, crackers, soups, smoothies, sorbets, etc. .. all kinds of yummy, delicious food! Nobody has to kill an innocent animal to get protein or other nutrition.

@@gabrielkirkbaca2910 .. You're welcome. The problem is .. most people have not experienced for themselves the benefits of not eating dead animals. If they would try it, even just for a little while .. they would see the benefits for themselves. People who refrain from animal flesh have cured their arthritis, kidney problems, diabetes, cancer, etc. There are lots and lots and lots of testimonals to be found on KZbin and the internet .. myself included. I used to get really bad neck and shoulder pains .. kept going to a chiropractor for adjustments, but when I stopped eating dead animals, the pain went away and never came back. And .. my sons who are big time tennis players, no longer stink when they come home from playing tennis in hot summer weather .. because they no longer have death seeping from their pores.
