3:05 respect of the members they're going to represent? What about a steward that's slandering the members? Disciplining the members? What do you do about that?

Yes they do. There the mother hen's of people. Fair work load or pared up to make things easier. So we need to improve. Old days fraction of work. More benefits. Today's standards more work less benefits. But someones pockets are Fuller because of change. Where's the jobs for the teamster solidarity means what exactly? There job less. No fore sight, no solutions Big fuck you that affected alot of people. Family friends missing the solidarity part. Fellow brother My experience shop Stewart get way more easy. Less work don't make waves. Well leave you alone go relax

All Unions should have a minimum number of years of employment, the majority are in it for seniority!
