strongly disagree. spiritual literally means non religious doesn’t have anything to do with taking god out of the equation, god is actually the center. and all of the practices she’s named came before the church and religion.

For me being spiritual doesn’t mean astrology or horoscopes etc, it means being in tune with my body and mind. Grounding myself so that i don’t give in to ego and lustful desire. Being mindful of what i eat to get the optimal results from my food and most importantly living by god’s way of thinking. It’s all about frequency and the vibrations that i give off to other people.

I don't think so... religion is based on ritualistic things we do or set of rules we follow in worship which takes the Holy Spirit out of our worship but being spiritual is being led by the Holy Spirit in a Christian set up which is a lifestyle of worship...
