What do you have that nobody else has? If there is something, then you have a USP - a Unique Selling Proposition. Recognizing a USP is one of the truly valuable marketing assets.

I like the differentiation between positioning and a USP. These days, a non-oppressive government would be a most valuable unique selling proposition around, one Everyone would to be copied as quickly as possible. When someone creates one, I’ll be all over that in a New York minute… Keep them coming, my Friend and best regards.
