Mam i informed my TL and Manger and Hr for im leaving this job . im a fresher mam, They say u have to work more than months after you properly notice give then we give reliving letter etc. But im leaving but i informed this work is hard for me so i quit my job . I worked just 3 months but informed then i leave my job. this under abscond mam ?

I joined organisation 1 month after i not able to condinue because of morning 6.30 am to 9 pm working i am not comfortable i informed my boss ! He is not care. / Super boss also not care/ hr place vacancy head office hr i conduct but Reporting Boss & super boss Confirmation is Required. Inthis sutivation abscond marked mean what i say? How to clear absconding Remove?
