Hey i joined a company as a fresher and now after 3 months i hate the job. I put in my resignation but they want me to serve a 3 months notice period. I have constant anxiety and stress issues. I have a business idea that i want to expand further. Dont want to do a job in future and want to abscond from this job due to the constant anxiety. It won't create any problem until and unless you've another offer letter means the next company is totally fine hiring you. I've done the same thing. Since 2months of experience letter won't matter to anyone so It's upto how you want to cover those 2-3 months.
