That cost 30 bucks to their heirloom bottle that cost a 110. Not saying kohana is bad in general, but take a clement hors d'âge or a neisson xo and that would be a different conversation with that TV presenter...

Anyway it is a different topic. Rhum agricole is good and that of Martinique Guadeloupe, and the clairin from haiti and the cachaça from Brazil all have a shared heritage and bagage and they all taste great!

I hate to break it to you... Indians were making double distilled sugar cane alcohol 1 thousand year ago.... The slave didn't invent anything. The portuguese took it from the Dutch, the dutch took it from Indonesia, Indonesians took it from Chinese who took it from Indians.

@@marlene97280 there is nothing racist in pointing out that Indians and Indonesians developed double distilled sugar cane based alcohol before slaves in plantations. Sugar cane is a plant native to South Asia and was cultivated there (in a non atrocious slavery based way like European did) for eons. What you can say that's factually correct is that slaves in Brazil did develop a way to make cachaça that was different and freemen in Haiti did develop amazing clairin. If you are going to jump and call people racist and crazy the very moment they say something you disagree or doesn't fall in with your vision, maybe you are the one with a problem.
