So all teams in ART have same Sprint Status ,I meam all tems will be doing development,testing at the same time in ART?
@oneagileproduction29244 жыл бұрын
Yes, the iteration (sprint) would be the same length across the ART. This allows all the teams to be aligned. The agile teams would Define, Build, Test and Deliver incremental value in short timeboxes. All the teams on the ART would plan, demo and learn together.

How many PI can be in 1 ART?
@oneagileproduction29242 жыл бұрын
We can have multiple ARTs in a PI which is known as the Solution Train. PI is a timebox event (8 to 12 weeks) and it will consist of one ART or multiple ARTs which becomes the solution train.

How does one become an RTE?
@oneagileproduction29243 жыл бұрын
There is an RTE certification offered by SAFe which is a 3 day course. The best way is to get practical experience as a scrum master and then transition to the RTE role.
