When I first gave birth and wanted to cloth diaper I had the same puzzled look lol. I just felt it seemed so intimidating... but I jumped in and I'm so glad I did.

That's awesome! I think a lot of people are nervous, and get info-overload, but jumping in is a great strategy, and good advice!

I was on the fence about aios and finally gave in and bought some for a great price brand new. These are hopefully going to be great for my husband and any caregivers.

Great video! Very informative for newbies :) I have considered creating a youtube channel strictly for cloth diaper education and using my current youtube channel for other things. "Cloth Diapers for Beginners" was one of the runner ups as a channel name and website. LOL I'm still debating if I want to be in the cloth community (under a different name) once I am done cloth diapering. I have started a cloth diaper IG page (not jays nest) strictly with the intentions of cloth education. I think having resources, like yours, are really important. Sometimes it's nice to have the cloth education without all the fluff (like my channel, where I talk about a lot of other things). This series is really great! keep going

Thank you, hun. I've seen you in the community a lot over the years I've been cloth diapering and then running this site, so that means a lot.

I prefer being able to take the insert out and out a new one in and get to continue using the diaper cover. However I was given a handful of all in ones for free, but I think I will just modify them myself so they are like the other diapers I'm using.

Aww, thank you, sweetie! It's all personal choice, just like everything else. I'm just thankful to live in an era with so many choices! And KZbin, ha ha. :-)

Way to go mama! I miss my cloth diaper days sooo much. I couldn’t give them away so they are all still in my garage 🤣 I’m not having any more babies either! You are the cloth diaper pro mama!

Aww, thank you! Are you keeping for sentimental reasons? I'm totally hanging on to some I should get rid of because they have meaning, lol! Thanks for watching!

Omg I just started cloth diapering LAST NIGHT!!! I got a stash that I truly don’t know what to do with lol 🙈 but he’s leak-free this morning so I’m already hooked 🙌🏼 I’m trying to figure out how the heck to get these snaps calibrated right?!? 😂 definitely lots of gaps and also areas where it’s waaaay too tight 🤦🏻♀️

Great video!! Very informative :) I mostly have pockets and a couple AIO's and covers, I really like my AIO's but they take forever to dry! I prefer to hang dry my pocket diapers

You are most welcome! They are definitely not for everyone, but there are lots of choices when it comes to cloth diapers. All the choice makes them super-confusing at first, but in the long run, it's pretty awesome there are so many choices. :-)

So interesting , can’t say I was one to use cloth diapers but that’s mainly cause I don’t understand so to have material and videos & now I feel awful everytime I see anything about cloth diapers haha . Great informative video love ♥️

I'm so confused cause I ordered aio diapers and they come apart. I guess they are ai2??
@ClothDiapersforBeginners4 жыл бұрын
If they come apart they are definately not AIO. Some lesser brands (like Alva) write that they are AiO when they arent., Which of course makes it super confusing!

They’re probably are hybrid diapers!

I wish I had tried more flats/ prefolds and covers but I was scared of snappis haha I might grab some for the next baby.
@ClothDiapersforBeginners5 жыл бұрын
Ha ha! I can understand that. There are belts, boingos and just plain old 'pad folding' where you don't use any. It sounds like you have a nice diverse assortment though, so you can get to know what you like, that's smart! :-)
