I believe you are mistaken about the Feast of Weeks not starting on a specific day. Lev 23:16 clearly says that the count goes until the morrow after the 7th Sabbath. That makes the 50th day a Sunday and thus the count must begin on a Sunday.

The omer count is always from the day after the weekly Sabbath, according to the instructions. So Shavuot always falls on a 1st weekday.

I think is always on Sivan 6. Like Pessach is always on Aviv Nissan 14th. You can use an converter calendar then...
