What is Artificial Disc Replacement?

I have degenerative disc disease. How effective is this when my pain level is a 8-9/10? I currently have a spinal cord stimulator, which alleviates some of the pain but not much. Additionally, do you work on military members?

Where are you located and are you the only ones that perform this kind of surgery ?

Hi Kevin, We are located in Plano, TX. Our hospital was one of the first to perform this type of procedure in the US. The physicians have performed more than 4000 disc replacements. They are not to only ones that can perform this surgery, however, they have a significant amount of experience as compared to their peers.

My L3 was shattered and so I don't have one and the doc didn't put anything in the hole. Can you place a disc now?
