Should you bait if you have high or low hp? For example, in a 2 v 1 should I let my teammate go first with more hp or should I sacrifice myself to draw his fire? Thanks for this series by the way.

you should generally go in first with lower hp; because you take less hits before death, its more likely that you will die along with the baited teammate, meanwhile with full health its less likely. that baited person is dying no matter what, so give the trader more hp to work with to help em
