So close to abbreviation perfection. RRAW should be Research, Analyse, Write, Read = RAWR

I admire you so much. I love your sharing on your experience in the big law and legal matters. As an aspiring lawyer, I find your content motivating. If you may, please do share more of your study tips and work ethics too if you can. Thank you! 🧡

I started getting your videos recommended to me once I started to work as a paralegal. I work with contracts and it’s all what you said above. So many people think it’s just arguing in a courtroom

Big Law means working 60 hours a week, working weekends. Specializing in Negligence (Insurance Defense) means working eight hours a day, M-F, no weekends. Also, Big Law means everyone has a Type A personality, whereas Negligence means working with normal people.

I’ve been interested in becoming a lawyer and wanted to know what steps you took to get to where you are today. Could you provide some insight?

check out the FAQs on my website! you just need undergrad and law school and bar exam but the specifics are really important and should be given thought before you even apply to law school

Huh, turns out I should have become a lawyer😁 I once found a random guy's dating site and reddit profiles just by googling their nickname and a photo... didn't really expect all of it though😑

Random question, but are you against accredited investor laws ? Should people be allowed to invest their money however they please ?

Can a lawyer practice in multiple states
@CeceXie2 жыл бұрын
yes! you can take multiple bar exams, or some states have reciprocity with other states
@deepthinking81002 жыл бұрын
So the only requirement is for a lawyer to have passed the bar exam for that state? Which most i presume wouldnt go to that extent....
@deepthinking81002 жыл бұрын
Of multiple bar exams that is..........Im just gonna represent myself, always wanted to be a lawyer lol
@CeceXie2 жыл бұрын
people do take multiple bar exams! california, for example, has no reciprocity, so if you want to practice in california and another state, you'll have to take two bar exams. and after passing the bar, there are some maintenance responsibilities to ensure you're in good standing

How about speak and debate and persuade?
@CeceXie2 жыл бұрын
that’s only like 5-20% of the time, depending on the practice area!
