What is being Brave? Am I Brave?

What does it mean to be brave? Thats whats been on my mind this 9th week of 2024 as it's now colorectal cancer awareness month and so many people always tell me I'm brave, while I appreciate that it made me think of what I consider brave and all the amazing people in this world that show and live bravery against all kinds of obstacles and in this current society. There are many more people groups of people out there that I consider brave on top of this as well.

I love your definition! To me, bravery is the guts to accept reality and stand in your best power in it, it's a trait I really respect and I see it walking hand in hand with others like honesty, openness, tolerance, and love
