The church here in Florida has a creamiains garden in the church cemetery in the woods. Every nice place to come and visit. We have a stone bench and stepping stone walkway placed there. You can put a headstone if you wish

SUGGESTION for those left after cremation, create a Find-a-grave memorial for your cremated love one, and if their ashes were spread or not note on the Memorial where the ashes currently abide, there may be other family members that you are NOT aware of that may try to find that cremated love one in the future for family research etc, and IF there is an obit post that also with the memorial

I absolutely love this idea! I wonder if they do this in Ontario, Canada where I live. It will definitely be worth checking out! Thank you so much for sharing this with us Kari! God Bless you and your family. 🥰 🇨🇦

How do we know that Mr. Deep Pocket's lumber company isn't going to level the place, and then maybe fast talking land developer Freddy will come along and put up a strip mall on the site. Just wondering if my ashes will end up under a dancing pole with loud music playing. 😎

He talks about how the property is in a conservatorship which ensures that will not happen
