Sir Somewhere i read that prior bill of entry can be filed before import menifest and within 30 days of filing bill of entry goods import ho jane chaiye otherwise have to file it again on what basis importer will get to know that this the time to file bill of entry in this case how will he get ensure that within 30 days me goods arrive ho jaega ya bill of lading me dates mention hoti h arrival ki uske basis pe he assumes plz plz reply

Sir I import my goods on DDP term.I received my goods well. Now my bank asking for Bill of Entry. But ,my shipping company provided us only delivery note at time of delivery. We have invoice of shipping company for shipping charge. Now what we submit in bank to convince????
