Sir If plaot area is 256m^2 Let it be recatngular means plot of side 16m*16m How can we leave 12m frontage in this plot,we will be left with only 4m*16 m for building is it right in area of 4m*16m how we can make a building How we can leave 12 m land out of 16 m in front by getting just 4m
