Sir , 1 doubt when during lowering of the anchor as the pressure on top of the piston increases then will the pressure on the other side of the piston also increses? As both side of the piston are completely full of oil and there is no path for other side of the oil to flow due to C.B Valve

Sir, is the check valve part of counterbalance valve or separate? Have seen other videos on counterbalance valve where the check valve is part of it.
