Very informative video. I had 1st heart attack in 2010. 2nd in 2016. in 2017, did angiography in NICVD. 3 Stents were installed in LAD. Alhamdolillah i m healthy n fine, no BP or Sugar issue at all and fully active too. i was thinking to do a checkup. I did my echo 90 days before and it was ok. now i will do CT Coronary Angiography after eid.. Thanks again for giving us useful information.

Female-34Y. No Diabetes and Hypertension. If we have done Conventional angiography and it shows minor blockage in minor arteries, where we can't do stunting. Dr says blockage is recoverable with medication. Because patient is constantly suffering from pain mild, moderate amd sever, even taking medicine properly with precautions. Although there is no Pulmonary emubelisum, checked by "Pulmonary CT Angiography". What should be the next step? To rule out the problem to overcome pain. 1- Should we go for CTC Angio now? 2- Trans Oesophageal Echocardiogram (to check shunting)

Excellent video. Please make another video and talk about calcium score and contrast vs non-contrast CT Coronary Angio. Without contrast doesn't show soft plaque and will have a calcium score of Zero even with 100% occlusion. Another great test is CIMT Carotid Intima Media Thickness which is a very cheap, ultrasound test that tells about plaque buildup in arteries. Keep up the great work.

Very good information. These days Dr Sahib you are Not giving answers to the questions raised by viewers. Still I m asking. Just few days back I was advised the same test of CT SCAN ANGIO from AFIC RWP. I m entitled. However I was told that an injection which is required for this test is Not coming for the last Three months so it can't be done. However I offered to buy it from the local market and after lot of search was able to get it at double the price. However when I went to get the test done. After few minutes in the test room I was told that it can't be done as my Calcium score is higher than the permissable limits. Now my only two questions are ! What other test can be done for the same purpose? And what does it mean really to have higher level of calcium?? What relationship it has with the condition of heart?? Please do find time to respond! Thanks in anticipation!!

I got Stent in 2010 and Alhamdulilah every year I visited to Cardiologist normally Check up but God for bid if Slightly pain then same or next day must I visited to Cardiologist. After a month must kidney Blood test that is contrast did not effect on kidney ( I am 62 years old Diabetic, Also . Alhamdulilah much better , some time very rarely I used Nitro Glycerin under Tong . Diet control, exercise , avoid Resturent Food , low salt , BP regularly daily check up . Thanks 🙏Great Knowledge. Mrs Dr SAJILA CHOUDRY USA 🇺🇸

CT Angiography کے کچھ حدود و قیود ہیں جو مندرجہ ذیل ہیں 1. ایک CT exposure پانچ سو ایکسریز کے برابر ہوتا ہے اور ہر X-rays کے ساتھ جسم میں دس عدد ریڈان رہ جاتے ہیں یعنی ایک CT Angiography کےبعد جسم میں پانچ سو ریڈان رہ جاتے ہیں اور جسم اتنی ہی کینسر کو ایکسپوز ھو جاتا ھے۔ 2. دل کا دھڑکن تیز ہو تو یہ ٹیسٹ نہیں ھو سکتا۔ 3. اگر آپ کا جسم Contrast کو Allergic ہو تو زبردست ری ایکشن ہو سکتا ہے 4. جگر اور گردے کے عارضوں میں مبتلا مریضوں میں آپ یہ ٹیسٹ نہیں کر سکتے وغیرہ وغیرہ

Best diagnostic test for cardiac health is thallium scan not CT angiogram. It's better to go for angiography/angioplasty rather CT angiogram if necessary.
