My father passed away last Sunday and on his last breath we noticed he smiled and a tear drop from his eye. I could only feel peace because I understood that he finally understood all of this in that second. I can only feel that he became infinite love but what makes me more happy about it is that that tear for me means he understood God there.

There's this thing that happens to people who do a lot of psychedelic drugs, and I think it's something to do with the mind developing survival strategies for the deranged contexts they find themselves in. Like he says, you can lose your mind go schizophrenic with psychedelic drugs. A protection against that might be developing belief system that prevents that from happening. If your belief system is that you are a God then your mind is protected no matter how fantastical the experience you might be having is. It's actually kind of interesting if you look at it this way, as a survival instinct, because you can really see the inflation of the ego in certain people who do lots of these kinds of drugs. It happened to many friends of mine! They just sort of started becoming assholes, and had some strange superiority complex. Anyway, Leo clearly has developed a lot of mental protections for doing psychedelics. It is interesting, as well, how he assumes his imagination and reality are the same thing. I suppose he has to, or he would lose his mind in a DMT trip.

Literally the 2nd best episode of spirituality thus far besides your episode on solipsism. I've genuinely had an existential crisis over this concept. It's a concept I never actually started to think about until enough people in my family died. Usually when someone goes off on vacation for long enough, you might miss them but if they're gone because they're dead, you KNOW that you WON’T see them again. That's a very alien, trans-dimensional, exo-sapien, phenomenon that's taken for granted because you literally don't know where they’ve gone. My view is that grief IS the existential crisis in a form of depression.

It was very realistic, I was scared to death. Soon after he pointed the gun at me, I woke up. Now I am wondering, what if he actually shot me in the dream, and then my mind had to wake up cz it died in the dream? Even though I dont remember the shooting part. Leo, I commend you for your efforts to educate everyone. You have personally helped me in many ways. Ever since I was a young child I looked around and questioned my existence and everything around me. Of course I didn’t have the words to ask the questions, and deep down I knew nobody around me would have the answer. When I stumbled on your video I expected some incoherent mumbo jumbo and I would still be left disgruntled. I thought maybe you would speak in parables or riddles like some “gurus” do. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that you are the most coherent individual I’ve come across to explain the unexplainable. I actually understand everything you say. I think that’s because I’ve lived multiple lives in this single lifetime that I eventually woke up. I’ve experienced trauma. I’ve even become literally psychotic (out of fear). I’ve suffered for 28 years as Michael Bailey. Not anymore. I’m at peace ☮️ It’s incredible. I don’t feel lost. I’m not afraid of dying anymore. And even better I don’t believe I will suffer eternally in the make believe place called Hell for “sins”. THAT’S a relieving part. Christians have that fear that is worse than death. And that’s Hell, but the funny part is, with that mindset they ARE in Hell. That’s Hell. You said it yourself in this video. Now that I’m at peace, my girlfriend says my goofiness has decreased. I think that’s because my goofiness was a defense mechanism to avoid coming to terms with death. I can still be funny and make her laugh but she really thinks I’m not as funny anymore! Haha. If anything, Leo, know that you’ve helped this one guy at least be at peace. I’m still working on everything else. Know that at least one person fully understands what you’re saying in your videos. I hope you continue to make more and more videos, although it seems like you’re work here is done. 😂 I don’t know how often people say this, but I’d like to one day meet you and have dinner or something. If you’re ever in Florida, my home is open to you. I say this because I think of you as a friend, not an idol. Have a good day buddy! -Michael

black current that’s what everyone does. All the time. But these things that Leo says he invites you to experience them for yourself. The reason why most don’t do what he says is because it threatens their ego. Their sense of self. But some belief takes faith. Literally anything can be questioned, even things you can experience for yourself. Whether they are words or an experience, Leo is at least really onto something. Religions don’t make sense. But Leo’s findings do. By the way, he didn’t come up with everything on his own. A lot of his research involves the correlation of preexisting theories, religions, scientific fact and his own experience. I have a peace of mind after listening to Leo. I don’t have a peace of mind after going to church or reading the Bible.

I am happy you made an episode about two of my favorite topics: death and immortality. I've been researching and experimenting with them for many years now, and I've come to similar conclusions and had similar experiences as you. - The only way to truly become immortal while physically alive is to become enlightened. - Only the ego is afraid of death, so ironically that's how it's keeping you mortal. - The only way to defeat death is to face it, accept it and even to experience it. But how can you experience death without killing yourself? That was the question I was trying to figure out for years. By only thinking about death, you may not be able to experience it. But by experiencing it through a dangerous situation, you put your life at risk. The solution is to trick your mind that you are going to die in the next moment, but remaining in safety in the meantime. The idea has to penetrate through the critical mind to the emotional mind. The best method to get through the conscious mind to the subconscious mind is hypnosis. What I simply did was that I combined hypnosis with death. After getting into a relaxed state, I guide you to imagine the moment of your death, then you meet your relatives at the funeral, go through a life review, and finally your body is burnt in a crematorium. You disintegrate yourself from your body, your emotions and your mind, and become aware of what is left. I call it the Defeat Death Meditation, you're welcome to listen to it on my channel if you're interested. And thanks again for giving more publicity to these important topics! Memento Mori

A patient of mine who started his sentence with “Now you don’t have to believe me bc I know I ain’t crazy” proceeded to tell me a story of his last cardiac arrest in which he stated that during the time he faced a tunnel of light but while in the darkness heard voices beckoning him to come away and go into the darkness. The voices weren’t of anyone in particular he could recognize. He wasn’t afraid but made a decision at the time to walk the tunnel and came back with resuscitation. One story that always lingers with me.

You know what deepest fear of most ppl is? Not the physical death, but the lost of their memories, of knowing that they lived, the lost of all that mattered in this life. I remember that I start struggling with this issue since I was eight, not even now I'm not certain what it will be...yet. I know is EGO, I know that, that's not what I'm questioning here, so...what it will happen? It won't matter you might say, and that's exactly my point, ppl are afraid of loosing that. Would you please shed some light on that matter? Maybe in a part two of this topic, because I think that this topic is huge, and this video still doesn't cover it all, nor the ppl's fears and doubts in regard. With every of your videos I watch I grow, not by "incorporating" what you've said, but starting from there and self inquire, I know that's the hole purpose of the work you're doing, great job btw. I've learned that when Leo says "But you can't this and you aren't that", seemingly condemning the audience for their inability to embody his teachings, it is actually him projecting himself onto the audience. This kills two birds with one stone: Makes him as a "teacher" "appear" as if he's imbibing the teachings he propagates, thusly creating in him the illusion of superiority & contemporaneously projecting his personal limitations upon the audience in order to reject the assumption of responsibility. Of course most of the audience are like that as well, so the argument that would countermand mind would be just as valid. Well done.

“It is only when you die, that there is love. A mind that is frightened has no love-it has habits, it has sympathy, it can force itself to be kind and superficially considerate. But fear breeds sorrow, and sorrow is time as thought. So to end sorrow is to come into contact with death while living, by dying to your name, to your house, to your property, to your cause, so that you are fresh, young, clear, and you can see things as they are without any distortion. That is what is going to take place when you die.” - Krishnamurti in the ‘Book of Life’ - chapter ‘November 15 To die without argument’

Well, let me catch my breath a bit... Before I went to 2weeks-long solo darkness retreat (15th - 31st Oct) I started fearing the fear itself. I was soooo scared that I will be scared. That I will be crippled and paralysed by it. Nobody could help me with it, people just kept making it worse, projected their own fears on me. Then Leo's miniseries about fear appeared and became my support, brought me clarity and motivation (I thought of canceling my retreat). After I have returned home, things exploded, my grandparents passed away, my relationship stared to discover shadows and skeletons (the most common and most destructive trap of a relationship: The Autopilot -as I call it)... I had to face a lot in past 2,5 weeks. Breaking free of old patterns caused emotional storms but luckily we both are developed enough to sit in the mud and engage in meaningful conscious discussion. I was hyperanalyzing content vs.structure of my emotions, facing it, not suppressing it. And then Leo's Content vs Structure episode came... And gave me clarity and guidance. Wow. And past wednesday (5 days ago) the funeral of my grandma took place. It made me think of death a lot, figuring it out in the existential perspective. And now u came with epizode about Death... Wtf seriously what for sync is this... I am pleased but terrified at the same time. Thanks for your guidance, Leo. This is beyond words. Mindblowing. Btw... In the darkroom I was in womb and grave at the same time, very special feeling that only dark room can provide. And there was this song in my head (link follows) that surfaced after many years of not hearing it. It kept playing in my head partially during the entire retreat. Before you play it (I hope u will), keep in mind that my retreat was in an ATTIC appartment. U will understand the mindblowing beauty when u hear the song. Huh, I am still a bit shaky. Finally my body has put me in bed with fewer and I am healing it all now. And now the song, Avantasia: Death is just a feeling. m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZCxnXxnftGaiZo with all the love, mindblown Katie:)

I had one serious LSD experience where I saw and mainly felt a glimpse of what Leo is talking about as Infinite love. It was when coming down from a trip sitting in the sun, looking at the trees annd later at the soil beneath me. I saw an ant crawling then I zoomed out and saw 10 of them then 50 and finally the whole field came alive and I looked at the sun and the trees again and I got this profound insight that these objects or things or creatures are all unique expressions of the same Infinite love or God including me. I felt the oneness and connectedness and it became clear if I die I dissolve into this infinite love (again) and right there my fear of death was gone.

Congratulations to the one who stands at the beginning: that one will know the end and will not taste death." - Gospel of Thomas (not included in the Bible) Love this quote! The question "What is death?" is bringing with it the assumption that there was ever a birth. But if you observe the present moment closely, you will find that birth is imaginary! So is death! So is you. Therefore, as Jesus says here, he who finds the beginning will find the end! Neither have objective reality! Great video Leo!
