I really appreciate your optimistic approach 👍🏻 In my opinion what we as a nation can do is to atleast choose our representatives wisely, on merit basis not on political basis, if our representation in Parliament is better we can utilise the maximum benefits from this democratic system. In my point of view the selection system of government would be the same as army has its system of selection from common people on the basis of examination, smartness, intelligence and history background. If a person join the government at the age of 20, he'll pass different examinations, learn a lot until his 50s, or 60s when he would selected as president
