That fashion activist at end said some problematic things. Saying that we don’t know the supply chain of small producers. As if the big brands are checking properly. There’s been so many scandals in recent years that show big brands are also profit focused. They also suggested that quick fashion is the problem, but that’s also propagated by the high end fashion industry. New collections every season and constantly changing what is ‘in fashion’ is where a lot of these problems came from. But the worst thing they said was “think of the woman who made that item of clothing” (in the context of loving the clothes you already have). Appalling patriarchal. Men also make clothes. Pretty disappointing for the BBC.

Dupes are probably made in the same factory, or by factories making similar products. They may just go out the back door of the factory, in an unmarked box, and Ching Ping Ding and Dong Wong Pong just look the other way.

I made A frizz ease myself because they changed the formula and put tree nuts in it and im allergic did John Frida do the responsible thing like put on the bottle in big print new formula no silicone now we added tree nuts so people don't die? John frieda didn't do that. I made a frizz serum by myself, and it cost me more than John Frida. I put real Burberry brit oil-based eau de parfume and rose hip oil into silicone and made my own serum. The only other products for frizz all contain tree nuts. The reason why I bought that brand was because it wouldn't get me sick. It cost me more money to do this and I'm not sorry I made a video on teaching people how to make something John Frida decided to screw up.. John Frida destroyed their own product and everybody's upset about not just me. I don't think mines a dupe because I wouldn't call it John Frieda I would call it "I'm allergic to tree nuts. And need silicone in my serum." John Frieda is the guy who decided to take a product people used because they could've been allergic to other products and ruined it and low-key put it in tiny print at the bottom of the bottle. I'm not sorry. Anarchy in the UK. 🤘🏼 Louis Vuitton is the only high fashion retailer that I believe is worth the money and investment because it lasts for half a century. They will repair your product for life. That is justifiably worth the money to me. Other fashion brands if they would do the same thing and they could guarantee that product lasts for half a century and they will repair it? Then I would feel like absolutely their product is justifiably expensive. Chanel makes their products out of lambs do you have any idea how many lambs had to die to make a $1500 handbag? I'm not into murdering baby sheep for fashion. I draw the a line on baby animals. Calf and lambs I can't agree with murdering babies (humans or animals). I know people like veal. I'm sure veal probably does taste good. Lamb as well. But I economically am not going to put money into that market because that is a baby animal. Buying a knock off handbag for it to just look real and you don't care if it lasts? It's a total waste of money.. Calculating the total of the face oil, the silicone, and the Burberry what I made cost far more than John Fridas product. Also, I bought the actual product, used it on my guitar strings put it on my hair. Then had a blemish on my face because i scratched my nose.
