Hi Sir, I joined the present company in 2012 and in Feb 2017 I went USA for an international assignment. I came back in March 2020 year. I have two PF Accounts(2012 to 2017 and 2020 to present. working for the same organization since 2012) so please suggest to me how I can fill out EPFO form 11.

If a employee has taken full and final settlement earlier. In this case such employee becomes new joiner in epf / eps in subsequent employment and accordingly all provisions relating to new joiner in epf/ eps schemes will be applicable. Correct?

I did one mistake on Form-11 for 8th Option as No , But my previous company has EPS , I have wrongly choosen , Due to this the current company service history not showing in EPFO , The company told me that it is not possible to correct the options My Basic Salary is more than 15K , Do we have any alternative way to update Service history in EPFO Note : Here my previous company has EPFO non trust maintained by RPFO , but current company has its own trust , Could you please provide how to correct the details in EPFO website or Offline Nearest EPFO offices ..

Sir, u are using "exempted employee" Exempted employee are employees who are working in exempted establishment. I think the correct word should be 'excluded employee' Please reply am I correct.

If a employee has withdrawn the pf amount after exiting from previous organisation. No passbook is displayed in the passbook section then what to choose in the statement “whether earlier a member of epf scheme 1952” . Yes or no.

First you need to check your Uan generate or not. No need to mention in form if not generate

Agar koi member joining ke time form 11 mai No par tick krta hai ki pehle vo kabhi member nhi tha lekin jab ham uska UAN register karte hai to old UAN show krta hai, is case mai kya hamko uska pension share deduct krna h

Memeber id is created automatically when join new company but your Uan number is samw. You need to submit JD form according to memeber ID

@@StatutorySolution thank you for replying. i will submit JD form to correct fathers name through my current employer but my joining in new company is next month. so is PF amount transfer also done automatically? and my father name mismatch will be there since in form 11 i will give correct name to new company but epfo portal has wrong name will there be an issue for this? i’m scared if they will delay my joining bacuse of this problem.again thanks a lot for helping🙏
