This is exactly how I feel. I am a 41 year old man who sometimes wants to cry because I can barely walk to the grocery store because I'm so exhausted physically. I try to explain it to people, but they don't seem to understand. Now my weight is increasing because I'm too tired to do basic walking and that's making it even worse. I do basically feel like a prisoner stuck in my own body. When you said that you feel exhausted to power your body to even move, that's exactly how I feel. It's very lonely.

Hi there Could someone please help me I currently have a family liver I'm in serve pain everyday and at night time it's wrose I have sore sternum tight chest and pain on my right side.i also get a sore back & neck and body and tummy pain.i got fatty liver due to my bad health "bad eating habits " not alcohol the doctors can't do or give me nothing at first I was always tired but fir the last 2 months my tiredness gotten really bad I can't Hardly keep my eyes open if I go to the toilet I always end up falling asleep on the toilet for 2 hours til I wake up by noodling so far off the toilet set I end up pumping head on the floor or wall.i don't know what to like I said because I've been to doctors multiple times and they can't give or do nothing for me and to be honest I'm at the stage we're I just Want to kill myself because I can't handle the pain and always really really tired have no energy to do anything anymore could anyone on here please give me advice we're to go from here etc Thank you so much

Watch video: kathryn krick. This may help along with Dr. Tests to see how ur numbers r. I had 150/80 blood pressure issues for 3 years it came down to 127/68 and hasn't gone up since attending her mtg. 4 months ago. She has an itinerary for healing.
